The site of office building West World, located by Hanger Lane in Park Royal is to be converted into a new development and renamed as Pulse London.
Owned by Blue Coast Capital, the land will contain warehouse space and offices and is planned to be ready for businesses to occupy by the end of 2024.

The building has been carefully planned and designed with a focus on ESG and will target both a BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A rating.
