New Regus workspace comes to Perivale

A new 20,000 square feet office Regus workspace is being built in Perivale which is set to open in the next few months.

Regus, owned by IWG, says the new location at the Sabichi House building in Wadsworth Road will provide a range of options for anyone needing office space. From those wanting their own private room and desks, through to shared space and co-working.

This new IWG office on the three storey building replaces an existing business centre and will be refurbished as new up to date premises for businesses to use as well as giving local homeworkers a place to also be based out of.

Mark Dixon, CEO & founder of IWG said: “This new location in Perivale provides much-needed flexible workspace to Ealing locals who are looking to work closer to home and cut their long, expensive commutes to London’s city centre. The need for high-quality flexible workspaces continues to soar as hybrid working becomes the new normal and people want to work in the heart of their local communities.”

“Our opening in Perivale comes at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible working boosts employee happiness and satisfaction, while helping the environment. Our workplace model is also proven to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs.”
