During four weeks from 18 September 2023 to 18 October 2023, Makaton, a communication tool that uses speech, signs and symbols is set to become better known across Ealing and how it helps people communicate with others.
The Ealing Speech and Language Therapy team will be joining forces with Ealing Start, children’s centres and voluntary organisations to run a wide range of events and activities for families across the borough. from 18 September until 18 October 2023.
The full programme of events will be announced shortly, but one highlight is going to be a Makaton flash mob signing to the hit Queen song ‘Don’t Stop Me Now’ on 27 September 2023.

The flash mob is open to everyone across Ealing and will take place from 12:15pm – 1:15pm at Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre.
