Two up and coming boxers from Ealing were among 10 aspiring champion boxers in London to receive an athlete bursary from recycling and waste management company Powerday.
Damar Thomas and Archie Fleming were presented with their bursaries at Powerday Hooks Boxing Club in Ealing. The event was attended by former WBA World Bantamweight Champion Shannon Courtney and British Middleweight Champion, Denzel Bentley providing inspiration to the next generation of British champions.
Since starting the Powerday scheme in 2015, more than 50 bursaries have been awarded
