Residents across Ealing who are interested in health and care services in the borough and how they are being delivered to the community are being invited to get involved and take part in the Ealing Health and Care Residents Forum.
The Forum provides an opportunity for residents to hear about and input on a wide range of health care topics and engage with the providers of the services.
A number of health and care service providers as well as organisations will be taking part in the Forum which is jointly led by NHS North West London Intergrated Care System and Ealing Integrated Care Partnership.
Speaking to EALING.NEWS, a Forum spokesperson said: “The Forum is a public meeting open to all Ealing residents, offering the opportunity for residents to have their chance to speak to colleagues about their concerns and what they would like to hear and be involved with more in future meetings of the forum. Representatives from the NHS, Ealing Council, public health and the voluntary sector and others attend the Forums.”
The next Forum takes place on 6 February 2024 between 4pm and 6pm at The Mirror Room, Blondin Park Community Pavilion, Blondin Park, Windmill Rd, W5 4UR.
This will be the seventh session of the re-established Forum and the fifth hybrid meeting where residents can take part both in person as well as online and is chaired by an Ealing resident.
There will be a number of updates to keep residents informed on that is happening across Ealing and also an opportunity for residents to offer their feedback on health and care in the borough and what works well and what can be better improved.
Among the presentations will include Healthwatch Ealing and its latest work, information around community-based specialist palliative care and the future development of the Older Adults, Disabilities and Long-Term Conditions Partnership Board.
