Police charge 31-year-old man with attempted murder after two pensioners were stabbed in Ealing’s Gordon Road

A 31-year-old man has been charged with attempted murder after two pensioners were injured in a stabbing in Ealing’s Gordon Road on Wednesday (7 February 2024) morning.

Police were called at 8:15am where they discovered a man and a woman in their 70s with stab injuries. They were taken to hospital where medical staff confirmed their injuries were not life-threatening.

Following a police investigation Reece McLean of Gordon Road was charged and will appear at Ealing Magistrates’ Court today (9 February 2024) with two counts of attempted murder, one count of wounding with intent and one count of possession of a knife.
