With less than 50 days to go before the next Mayor of London elections, Ealing Liberal Democrats has launched a survey to hear from locals in the borough on what they want from the next London Mayor.
Ealing Lib Dem leader Councillor Gary Malcolm has joined with Rob Blackie, the Lib Dem candidate for Mayor of London to find out what residents across the borough expect to see from the next Mayor.
Councillor Malcolm said: “Liberal Democrats want to hear your views. Whilst other parties might pay lip service to what the public thinks, we value your opinion on how we can improve London. That is how we focused some of the past two years in ensuring the Council reversed its plans to develop on Warren Farm and increase the lighting to make Ealing safer. Liberal Democrats are listening to you. We want to see a safer, more vibrant and more connected London.”
Rob Blackie, London Assembly Mayoral candidate added: “A great part of my campaign has been hearing from hundreds of Londoners about how we can change our city for the better. I am campaigning on some clear priorities like fixing the Met Police, building more houses and delivering accessible public transport for all. But I would also love to hear about what issues are important to the people of Ealing.”
