The UK Civil Aviation Authority has stepped in to support travellers who have purchased ATOL protected trips from Dream World Travel Ltd after the company, based in Ealing in west London, ceased trading on 26 July 2022.
The company which was established in 2006 and has been an ATOL member since 2007, has offices in Central Chambers, Ealing Broadway, also trades under a number of websites: www.dreamworldtravel.co.uk, www.al-umrah.com, www.biznessclassflights.co.uk, www.bookholidaysonline.com, www.bookonlineflights.com and www.detltd.com
The UK Civil Aviation Authority said travellers who have ATOL protected travel will be able to get more information on what to do next via the ATOL website: “We are currently collating information from the company and will update our website, including consumer advice, at www.atol.org.uk as soon possible.”
In its latest annual report covering the year end 30 June 2021, Dream World Travel Ltd recorded a turnover of £5.8m.
