Property developers plan six storey building with nine flats on West Ealing site currently used by Kwik Fit

The owner of a site currently being used by car maintenance company Kwik Fit in West Ealing is planning to redevelop the land into a private six storey block of residential flats, according to a submitted application from Luxgrove Homes.

The land, located at 131-137 Broadway West Ealing London W13 9BE has been used by Kwik Fit for over 20 years and the proposal submitted by Luxgrove Homes to Ealing Council says they want to build nine flats across the six floors.

The plans submitted are for 2 x One bedroom flats. 5 x Two bedroom flats, 1 x Three bedroom flat and 1 x Four bedroom with the ground floor to be used for commercial purposes.

If the plans are approved by Ealing Council planning committee, Luxgrove Homes says in its application, building works are expected to start in September 2023 and be completed by March 2025.

More details on the development along with a form for local people and businesses to submit any comments  on the planning application can be found here.
