A 28-year-old man from Acton will appear in court charged with offences including being drunk and high following a fatal collision in Chelsea last year in which Olivia Riley, 41, from Suffolk, died at the scene on the morning of May 14 2022 after being struck by an Audi TT.
Laszlo Dancs, of Heathfield Road, W3 will appear at the Old Bailey on 23 May 2023 charged with:
– causing death by dangerous driving;
– drink driving;
– drug driving;
– failing to provide a sample of breath when required.
He was charged and appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court on 14 November 2022.
