Appeal to name man following assault on Elizabeth Line

British Transport Police are appealing for help to name a man following an assault on board an Elizabeth Line train travelling between Paddington and Ealing Broadway last month.

Just before 10pm on 16 March 2024, while on board the train a couple noticed a man taking pictures of women on board the train. They confronted the man, who proceeded to assault the victim, grabbing him by the throat and pushing him back.

Anyone who recognises the man is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 843 of 16 March 2024.

Alternatively, you can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
