Year 11 GCSE students at Notting Hill & Ealing High School (NHEHS) have celebrated their success with 46% of entries awarded grade 9, 75% of entries awarded grade 9 or 8 and 90% of entries awarded grades 9 to 7.

Eleven students achieved 10 grade 9s, and seven further students achieved nine grade 9s; 26 girls gained straight 9s and 8s; and 54 girls gained all 9 to 7 grades.

Matthew Shoults, headmaster at NHEHS, said: “I am delighted that our students have obtained such excellent results. They’ve shown real determination and energy in their studies, and we are so proud of them.”

Mr Shoults added: “These results set the girls up to thrive in the Sixth Form. I am very grateful to all our staff for their support and inspiration.”
