As of this morning (1 July 2022), which also happens to be Canada Day, Tim Hortons is now open in Ealing. The legendary Canadian coffee and doughnut chain has chosen Park Royal to be its first London branch.
We had an opportunity to feast upon Tim Hortons’ breakfast delights located at Royal Leisure Park, minutes from Park Royal tube station and can confirm they’ve got the product, service and quality right.
From breakfast wraps for meat eaters, vegetarians and vegans through to donuts of every size and type to amazing hot and cold drinks.
Fans of hash browns will be delighted to know the Tim Hortons ones are baked, not fried and are totally moorish with just the right amount of potatoes and onion mixed together.
Pancakes are on the menu and come in a number of options. We chose pancakes with maple syrup and also with Nutella. Each portion came stacked with two very fluffy and lovely pancakes.
We had a wrap consisting of a vegan sausage with hash brown and sauce and it was perfect to start the day, while we also saw carnivores looking happy with their meaty sausage in a wrap.

Tim Hortons also does an amazing grilled cheese sandwich consisting of American and cheddar cheese slices with lashings of grated mozzarella on top.
When it comes to donuts, take your pick. From small little Timbits you can eat in a bit or two, through to fully fledged donuts with all types of sprinkles, sauces and more.
And of course, they do coffee. Amazing coffee it is. We were happy with espresso which kept us alert!
Cold drinks including coffee ones such as our Iced French Vanilla were a hit, along with an amazing Tropical Cooler, a frozen drink with mango and other tropical fruits.
With its Ealing location which offers dine-in for up to 100 customers as well as a drive thru, Tim Hortons – which opened its first UK branch in 2017 – now has 60 branches across the UK. Currently they have more than 5,000 locations across the world.
With breakfast filling us up, we look forward to exploring more of Tim Hortons’ lunch and evening menu at a later date.
