Housing association giant A2Dominion Group has said it has now moved its registered address office and staff from Paddington back to Ealing which it says is “in line with its new corporate strategy which places greater emphasis on customers, core services and the delivery of better value-for-money across all its operations.”
Its previous office in Paddington was rented while its Ealing office on 113 Uxbridge Road is owned by the housing association.
According to A2Dominion, the move to Ealing will save over £3.4m a year which is claims will be used for reinvestment into improving its homes and services for customers.
Ian Wardle, chief executive officer of A2Dominion said: “We’re always looking at ways to improve the services that we offer our customers and providing value-for-money is a key aspect of this. With the increase in hybrid working, our Paddington office was no longer being used to its full potential, so we made a swift choice to better meet the needs of our organisation and customers.”
Mr Wardle added: “The move to Ealing allows us to maximise our hybrid working arrangements by bringing central and customer-facing teams closer together. This is also part of our drive to have a more local and visible presence in the communities that we serve. I’d like to thank all of our colleagues for the understanding and cooperation they’ve shown throughout this transition.”
