Rental property company Greystar has launched its latest rental homes building The Glassworks at Greenford Quay.
The Glassworks joins two other buildings in the area Tillerman’s and Lyon’s Dock and together is part of ambitions plans that will eventually see 2,000 new homes for renting at Greenford Quay.
A range of local amenities and retailers are already on site and there is also a two-form entry primary school a new healthcare centre planned to open.
The Glassworks offers 354 rental apartments as well as 68 discount market rental apartments which include studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
Prices start at £1,515 for a studio, £1,895 for a one-bedroom, £2,565 for a two-bedroom, and £3,145 for a three-bedroom apartment. The apartments range in size from 430 sq. ft. to 930 sq. ft.
Among the communal features of The Glassworks is co-working space, a games room, a pet spa, a rooftop terrace and a resident cinema as well as fitness centre.
