Ealing Foodbank, which helps residents across Ealing with food and other household essentials, has released its October 2024 list.
According to the organisation, which is part of The Trussell Trust, donations of the following items are currently most needed for October 2024 to help people in the borough:
Breakfast cereal
Rice 500g and 1kg
Tinned meat and fish
Instant coffee and drinking chocolate
Vegetarian meals (curry, chilli, macaroni cheese etc)
Long life fruit juice & squash
Tinned fruit and vegetables
Jam and honey
Table sauce (ketchup, mayonnaise, brown sauce, chili etc)
Hair shampoo
Sanitary towels
Anyone who can offer food and other items from the list, can donate it at many points across Ealing as shown below
