Ealing Hospital staff take part in Onam Festival

A nurse who works in intensive care at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust’s (LNWH) Ealing Hospital was one of a number of staff who took part in the Onam Festival in Sudbury.

Onam is an Indian festival celebrated around the globe by the Malayali who come from the southern Indian state of Kerela.

Rajni Puthuppallymattathil performed a dance called Thiruvathira and prior to the big day, she practised under the watchful eye of fellow nurse Gifty Anoop in the the Ealing Hospital car park.

The whole costume that Rajni wore was also made by herself.
