Residents across Ealing are being asked by London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust to help shape the future of its hospital services in the borough by taking part in an online survey.
London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust (LNWH) which runs Ealing Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital in the borough as well as Harrow’s Northwick Park Hospital has created One Way Forward, a public survey that will help contribute towards its five year plan.
“The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete, and the more people who take part the greater the influence our communities will have about healthcare,” said LNWH Chief executive Pippa Nightingale.
The short online survey is available in a number of languages including English, Arabic, Gujarati, Polish, Punjabi, and Romanian and those taking part will be entered into a prize draw to with one £100 and two £50 Amazon vouchers.
