An investigation is underway to find out the cause of a blaze that saw the ground floor of a warehouse on Field Way in Greenford engulfed in fire on Saturday (27 January 2024) morning.
Eight fire engines and 60 firefighters from Northolt, Wembley, Southall and surrounding fire stations attended and tackled the warehouse fire on Field Way which saw part of the ground floor of the unit alight. There were no reports of any injuries.
The Brigade was called at 6:54am and the fire was under control by 8:21pm
There were no reports of any injuries.
According to the London Fire Brigade, the fire produced a large amount of smoke and local residents were advised to keep their doors and windows shut.
