Ealing Broadway’s Metro Bank is supporting Ealing Soup Kitchen in its 2024 Easter appeal for residents and businesses to donate Easter eggs.
From now until 26 Match 2024, people can go into the branch next to Ealing Broadway station to donate any size egg for the appeal.
Ealing Soup Kitchen, located at St John’s in Mattock Lane, West Ealing, has been helping homeless and vulnerable people since 1973. Among the services it provides are clothing, barber, showering, advice as well as food.
Ealing Metro Bank manager, Tarandeep Ruprah said: “Easter is a time of giving and sharing and everyone enjoys a chocolate treat. As a community bank we want to really help everyone be able to celebrate despite the challenging economic times. We invite everyone to join us in making this Easter a memorable one for those who may otherwise go without.”
Ealing Metro Bank is located at 66-68b The Townhouse, The Broadway, Ealing, Greater London, W5 5JN and open Monday to Saturday: 8.30am to 6pm, Sundays: 11am to 5pm.
