Train delays and cancellations revealed across London and Ealing

New data for 2022 has revealed that 40% of scheduled train services in London were either delayed or cancelled causing disruption for those reliant on public transport.

According to data from the Office for Rail and Road which was compiled by OnTimeTrains, in 2022, there were nearly 25 million stops taking place using London’s 300 stations of which nine million were either delayed or cancelled.

A check your station website from the BBC shows many stations across Ealing and its seven towns, but leaves out a few including Ealing Broadway and West Ealing.

The Ealing borough results show:

  • Acton Central saw 72% of trains on time with 5% cancelled and 1% delayed by more than 10 minutes
  • Acton Mainline saw 63% on time with 3% cancelled and 2% delayed by more than 10 minutes
  • Drayton Green saw 69% on time with no delays and 3% cancelled
  • Greenford saw 90% on time with no delays and 3% cancelled
  • Hanwell saw 72% on time with 1% cancelled and 4% delayed by more than 10 minutes
  • Northolt Park saw 62% on time with 2% cancelled and 2% delayed by more than 10 minutes
  • South Greenford saw 80% on time with no delays and 3% cancelled
  • Southall saw 72% on time with 2% delayed by 10 minutes and 4% cancelled
