Independent political candidate Count Binface is appealing to residents in a number of boroughs including Ealing to be a signatory for his application to stand for Mayor of London at the 2 May 2024 elections.
To be a candidate, Count Binface needs 10 signatures from every borough in London and is seeking his final remaining signatures needed for Ealing, Harrow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster. The application and all signatories need to be handed in by 27 March 2024.
In the 2021 Mayor of London elections, he came ninth out of 20 candidates and is hoping in 2024 to do even better.
Last year for the Uxbridge and South Ruislip election to become MP, Count Binface came 8th out of 18 candidates.
Posting on X (formerly known as Twitter), Count Binface said: “COUNT BINFACE NEEDS YOU! 1 week to go to get me on the ballot for London Mayor. Do you (or someone you know) live in any of: EALING, HARROW, HAMMERSMITH & FULHAM, KENSINGTON & CHELSEA, WESTMINSTER”
Count Binface added: “If so, head to countbinface.com and let’s make election day #Binday!”
