W4 Youth Hub tea in the park community celebration event

Residents from across Chiswick came together to celebrate W4 Youth‘s new Youth Hub in Southfield Recreation Ground.

The special Tea in the Park event took place on 20 May 2023 which saw musical entertainment and a 5-a-side football tournament.

During the afternoon, local Chiswick musical artists Alichė and Erire, performed.

Others attending included W4 Youth trustees including its new one, Gary Malcolm, a Southfield Ward Councillor and leader of Ealing Liberal Democrats.

Rocks Lane Under 12s won the tournament and Grove Park Rangers were runners up.

Sally Chacatte W4 Youth Founder and Chair, said: “Thank you to everyone who came along to our W4 Youth Tea Party in the Park and especially to Rocks Lane Chiswick for the 5-a-side tournament they organised in aid of our charity and Aliche and Erire for their wonderful performances. We’ll be sharing our opening date for activities soon.”
