Ealing Foodbank, which helps residents across Ealing with food and other household essentials, has released its first list of 2024.
According to the organisation, which is part of The Trussell Trust, donations of the following items are currently most needed in January 2024 to help people in the borough:
Breakfast Cereal
Vegetarian meals (curry, chilli, macaroni cheese etc)
Rice (500g and 1kg packets)
Tinned meat and fish
Tinned fruit and vegetables
Long Life Fruit Juice & Squash
Non Diary UHT Milk and Dried Milk
Savoury Biscuits and Crackers
Sweet & Savoury Biscuits
Tinned Rice Pudding & Custard
Chickpeas & Kidney Beans
Instant Coffee, Teabags & Drinking Chocolate
Toiletries and Household Cleaners
Anyone who can offer food, can donate it at many points across Ealing as shown below
