Two women suffering from smoke inhalation have been taken to hospital following a blaze in a 13-storey block of flats in Acton on Tuesday afternoon (11 June 2024).
Part of a third floor flat on Park Road North was damaged by fire which saw firefighters rescuing the two women.
The London Fire Brigade were called out at 1:43pm and the fire was under control by 2:29pm. Six fire engines and 40 firefighters from Chiswick, Ealing, Hammersmith and surrounding fire stations attended the incident.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
