Businesses from Ealing shortlisted for prestigious 11th annual West London Business Awards

More than a dozen businesses and organisations across Ealing including an Acton fish and chips shop have been shortlisted for the 11th  West London Business Awards which will be taking place early next year at Twickenham Stadium.

Last year saw the prestigious awards hosted by Rory Bremner.

This year’s event, which is on 16 February 2024, sees a number of Ealing-based companies including logistics, food and IT firms competing in categories such as Food, Drink & Hospitality Business of the Year, Manufacturing Business of the Year and Park Royal Business of the Year.

The borough businesses hoping to win at the awards and the categories they are in:

Business Services Company of the Year
Focused Futures Consultancy, Unitrust Protection Services

Food, Drink & Hospitality Business of the Year
Dina Foods, Hamilton Catering, Stones fish and chips

Logistics Business of the Year
Alexanders Group,  Edward Removals, Palletways London

Manufacturing Business of the Year
Everglade Windows

Environmental Corporate of the Year
University of West London, St George

Socially Responsible Corporate of the Year
St George

Apprentice of the Year
University of West London- Andreea Daniela Coroama, Palletways- Harry Morris, West London NHS Trust- The Limes- Mingma Sherpa

Community Investment Award
Action West London,  Alexanders Group

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
Palletways, University of West London

Incubator/Coworking Space of the Year
Westmont Enterprise Hub

Innovative SME of the Year
Alexanders Group,  Dina Foods

Andrew Dakers, chief executive of West London Business, said: “As ever, the judges were diligent in selecting the finalists and I thank them all for their continued service in supporting our assessment process. In revealing the shortlist, we are once again pleased to see the quality of entries is of a high standard and we will be crowning some truly worthy winners. Those that made the grade can be justly proud of their status as a West London Business Awards finalist.”
