Police in Southall have revealed they have recently arrested a man and seized more than 100 cannabis plants as part of a targeted effort to clamp down on cannabis growing in the area.
In a tweet, police in the Dormers Wells area said that Southall Safer Neighbourhood Team had been given information on premises being used locally for growing cannabis and have now charged a man in connection with it who has been remanded.
They tweeted: “Southall SNT received information In regards to a cannabis factory. One male arrested, charged and remanded. Over 100 cannabis plants seized and will be destroyed”.
