MP for Ealing North and shadow financial secretary, James Murray has visited mental health facilities provided by West London NHS Trust at its St Bernard’s Hospital location.

Mr Murray said: “I was very glad to visit West London NHS Trust to have a chance to hear first-hand from patients and the see the inspiring dedication of frontline mental health staff. It is vital that mental health is treated as seriously as physical health, and that we make sure the NHS is able to give people the mental health support they need.”
During his visit, Mr Murray spoke to staff working across the sites as well as patients about the service they are getting.
Ms Regan said: “It was a pleasure to welcome James to the Trust and share our key priorities going forward. It was an opportunity to highlight our plans for our estates and facilities so we can make sure we are able to continue to provide a high standard of care in our local community. I know he was particularly impressed with the dedication and commitment of our staff at the Trust.”
