West London NHS Trust launches new staff recruitment campaign as “place to thrive”

Following its ambitious new five year strategy which was unveiled earlier this month, West London NHS Trust has launched a new recruitment campaign to support its plans to be an “outstanding provider of integrated care and a key partner in the North West London Integrated Care System.”

The Trust offers a range of children and adult care and support including mental health and community services to residents in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham and Hounslow, as well as running the high secure Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire.

Under its new staff fronted recruitment campaign called ‘We Are West London. Your Place to Thrive’, the Trust is looking to fill positions in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow and Broadmoor Hospital in Berkshire.

According to the Trust, the campaign is aimed at new starters to take on roles within its community and mental health teams. The roles working with patients include nurses, occupational therapists and support workers as well as roles not working with patients, in administration, facilities and estates.
