Ealing Hospital staff and volunteers recognised at London North-West University Healthcare NHS Trust’s annual Staff Excellence Awards

Hospital staff and volunteers, including a 100-year-old senior citizen, based at Ealing Hospital have been recognised at the London North-West University Healthcare NHS Trust’s annual Staff Excellence Awards.

The trust, which manages Central Middlesex Hospital in Park Royal, Northwick Park Hospital in Harrow,  St Mark’s in Harrow as well as Ealing’s Ealing Hospital, recognised the contribution the staff and volunteers have made to the communities they serve. Among the winners is 100-year-old Beryl Carr.

Pippa Nightingale, Chief Executive of LNWH, said: “It has been a tough couple of years and everyone should be proud of what they have achieved in often difficult circumstances. I see a lot of good work and believe we can now move onto bigger and better things in the future including improving our CQC rating. I am relatively new here and believe we can really step things up with this sort of enthusiasm and willingness to improve.”
